Roadside assistance is provided by Extended Dealer Services Pty Ltd (EDS). Membership fees are non-refundable. Towing covers vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and 5.5 metres. Breakdowns caused by conditions that existed before your membership started, accidents, and vehicles that are unregistered or unroadworthy are not covered.

When you break down, call the 24-hour roadside line on your membership confirmation: 1800 422 772. Have your registration number ready.

Buying roadside on its own
- Choose 3 Star or 5 Star and the number of years.
- Enter your vehicle and contact details. No inspection, VIN upload or warranty questions are needed for roadside only.
- Pay securely by card. We confirm your plan and send your documents by email.
