Extended car warranty for used cars
Help with the cost of eligible repairs to major mechanical and electrical parts after the manufacturer's warranty ends. Compare all four warranties, every price and what isn't covered, then check your car online.

Absolute or Endurance?
All four warranties on this page are issued by Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd (ABN 58 056 621 893, AFSL 247069). Absolute and Endurance are compared here; Total Cover and the EV Warranty, which include hybrid and electric components, are compared below. Your vehicle's age and kilometres when you buy decide which Absolute levels or Endurance options you can choose. The online quote shows every option your car qualifies for, with its price, before you enter any contact details.

What isn't covered
A warranty pays for eligible repairs when a covered part breaks down. It is not car insurance and doesn't cover accidents, theft or damage. The main things the Absolute Warranty excludes:
Excluded parts (Absolute)
- Accessory items
- Airbags
- Batteries
- Belts
- Brake and clutch linings
- Brake pads
- Bushes
- Cables
- Catalytic converters
- Connectors, wiring, fuses, relays and heating elements
- Cosmetic items
- Disc rotors and drums
- EGR systems
- Exhaust systems
- Filters
- Gaskets and seals
- Glass
- Globes and light bulbs
- Glow plugs
- Hoses and pipes
- Interior and exterior trims
- Lamps
- Mirrors
- Panel or paint items
- Particulate filters
- Pulleys and tensioners
- Rubbers
- Seats and seat belts
- Software and firmware
- Spark plugs and leads
- Supplementary restraint systems
- Suspension sensors, components and systems
- Timing belt
- Upholstery
- Wheels and tyres
Excluded events (all four products)
- Faults that existed before you bought the car, or before the manufacturer's warranty ended
- Wear and tear: parts that have reached the end of their normal life
- Repairs started without Integrity's authorisation
- Missed servicing: more than 30 days or 1,000 km overdue makes the warranty inactive
- Accident, fire, flood, theft, misuse, modification, racing or off-road damage
- Damage from continuing to drive after a fault appears, wrong fuel, or fluid problems
- Vehicles with a tampered or faulty odometer
This is a summary. The full lists and conditions are in each product's PDS: Absolute, Endurance, Total Cover and EV Warranty.
Servicing your car
- Any licensed mechanical workshop can service your car. You don't need to use a dealer.
- Keep every service invoice showing the date and odometer reading. Integrity asks for them when you claim.
- If a service is more than 30 days or 1,000 km overdue, whichever comes first, your warranty becomes inactive until it is reactivated under the terms.
Buying and activation
- Check your price. Enter make, model, year and kilometres. You see the options your car qualifies for.
- Choose and pay. Pick the product, level or option, and term. Roadside assistance is optional. Pay by card.
- Send what's needed. A clear odometer photo, and for a privately bought car a vehicle condition report from a licensed mechanic. Upload at checkout or later from the link we email you.
- We lodge, Integrity confirms. We lodge your warranty with Integrity, who issue your schedule and certificate. We email them to you, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Paying does not start your cover on its own. Your warranty is in place from the start date on your schedule. Two warranties can't run at the same time, so if your car is still under a manufacturer's or dealer warranty, your cover starts the day after that warranty ends. If Integrity can't accept your vehicle, we'll tell you and arrange a refund.
Making a claim
- Stop driving if continuing could cause more damage.
- Call Integrity Claims on 03 9120 6666 (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm AEST) or email claims@integritywarranty.com.au before any repair work starts.
- Integrity directs you to an approved repairer, who diagnoses the fault and sends the details through.
- Integrity assesses the claim and pays the repairer directly for the approved amount. Diagnosis costs are yours unless they form part of an approved claim.
There's no upfront excess. You pay anything above the approved amount or claim limit.
Cancelling and transfers
- Cancel by writing to Integrity at requests@integritywarranty.com.au.
- Within 30 days of purchase, or before your cover starts, with no claims paid: full refund.
- After that: a pro rata refund for the unused days, less any accepted claims and a $62.50 administration fee.
- Selling privately? Your warranty can transfer to the buyer within 7 days of sale, with Integrity's transfer form, a vehicle condition report and a $62.50 fee. Transfers and forms.
